Fractal Design Core 1000 offer support for long graphics cards up to 350mm, two 3.5 inch HDD trays or three 2.5 inch SSD, two 5.25 inch bays, two USB 2.0 and Audio I/O mounted on side of front panel and you can use mini-ITX or micro-ATX motherboards.
