MSI 870A-G54 look almost like 890FXA-GD70, but this model it’s dedicated to those who want a performant computer but not very expensive. Powered by AMD 870 and SB850 chips, MSI 870A-G54 offer support for all AM3 processors. MSI 870A-G54 use almost the same specifications like 890FXA-GD70, even the colors, but still exist big differences. Anyway, we have on this model following: the OC Genie overclocking function and core unlocking capabilities, four DDR3-1600 memory slots, two PCI-Express x16 slots (CrossFireX support is present), six SATA 6.0 Gbps ports, Gigabit Ethernet, 7.1 channel audio and two USB 3.0 connectors. So, in conclusion, MSI 870A-G54 it’s a performant motherboard, with a very nice and airy layout, with solid capacitors on entire surface and, we hope, with a decent price.
