For those who want a very powerful and very good looking motherboard, then MSI 890FXA-GD70 could be the right choice. With a very nice and efficient cooling system and with a combination between black and blue which look great, this motherboard is powered by the RD890 and SB850 chips aka the AMD 890FX chipset. But 890FXA-GD70 it’s not just a good looking motherboard. Specifications are very atractive, too. MSI‘s offer support for AM3 processors and bring to us some technologies which help to use this motherboard to the maximum: OC Genie overclocking feature, core unlocking capabilities, DrMOS, APS (Active Phase Switching). Also, we have: four DDR3-2133 memory slots, five PCi-Express x16 slots for CrossFireX setups, one eSATA, one SATA 3.0 Gbps (the blue one) and six SATA 6.0 Gbps ports, dual Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 3.0 connectors, and 7.1 channel audio. Unfortunately, didn’t tell anything about the price, but I’m sure this will not be a bargain. It’s a very good and very performant motherboard, with solid capacitors on entire surface (I’m obsessed with this thing) and work with one of the newest AMD chipset. I think the price will not be so important for those who want quality.
